Updates the slave with the supplied/fallback quantities, marks `bAffirm=1, sAffirm, tAffirmDate`, computes `dEmpHour=(dHour+dAdjustableHour)*Σ(mftproductionreportemployee.dEmpNum)`, then `dTimeHourMoney/dTimeMoney` from `sisworkcenter.dAverageHourSalary`.
